"I have been a customer of Nancy Morris - State Farm Agency over 23 years and I have always appreciated of their excellent customer service. Recently I had to add a new car to my auto policy and Chris Turano was available to assist. He processed the request very fast as he was knowledgeable of the process and insurance products. However, on the next day I had to change the car being insured to another due to unforeseen circumstances. He was there to help. Although it was Saturday and close to the Agency’s closing time he patiently processed the change and stayed till the very last minute to ensure that my car dealership received all the necessary documents. I was truly impressed with his professionalism and commitments to customer service. I highly recommend Nancy Morris Agency and Chris Turano not only for the auto insurance, but for all insurances needs."
